Return, Refund, and Cancellation Policy

At Luxury Look, we ensure all our apparel goes through rigorous quality checks before dispatch. To maintain operational efficiency, our return, refund, and replacement guidelines are strictly defined below.
1. Cancellation Policy
* Timeframe: You may request to cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it, provided the order has not yet been processed or dispatched.
* Process: To cancel, please email us immediately at luxurylook.online@gmail.com with your Order ID.
* Refund for Cancellation: If successfully cancelled before dispatch, the full amount will be refunded to your original mode of payment within 5 to 7 business days.
2. Return Eligibility & Timeframes
* Timeframe: You have exactly 7 calendar days from the date of successful delivery to initiate a return or exchange request.
* Condition: To be eligible for a return, the item must be completely unused, unwashed, and returned in its original packaging with all original tags intact.
* Promotional Items: If returning items purchased under the "Buy 2 & Get 1 Free" offer, the entire bundle (including the free item) must be returned to be eligible for a full refund.
3. Return Process and Reverse Pickup
* Once your return request is approved via email or phone, we will initiate a reverse pickup. The pickup will be executed within 2 to 4 business days.
* If your pin code is unserviceable for reverse pickup, you will be required to self-ship the product back to our registered facility
4. Refund Processing Timeframes
* Inspection: Once the returned product is received back at our facility, our team will conduct a quality review within 3 to 5 business days.
* Credit Timeline: If the refund is approved post-inspection, the amount will be processed through the original payment method (Credit/Debit Card, UPI, or Net Banking) within 5 to 7 business days.
5. Replacement / Exchange Timeframes
If you opt for a replacement or size exchange instead of a refund:
* Dispatch Timeline: Once the original item is received at our facility and the exchange is approved, the new product will be dispatched within 1 to 2 business days.
* Delivery Timeline: The replacement product will be delivered to you within our standard shipping timeframe of 3 to 7 business days after dispatch, depending on your location.
