At Luxury Look, we strive to ensure that your fashion orders reach you swiftly and safely.

1. Order Processing Timeframe
* All orders undergo a strict quality check and are processed and dispatched within 1 to 2 business days after order confirmation and successful payment.
* Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed and dispatched on the next working day.

2. Delivery Timeframes
* Delivery timelines may vary depending on your geographical location and courier service availability.
* Typically, once dispatched, orders arrive at your doorstep within 3 to 7 business days. Remote pin codes may take up to 10 business days.
* Note: Unforeseen delays caused by severe weather or courier network issues are beyond our control, but we will assist you in tracking your package.

3. Shipping Charges
* We are pleased to provide Free Shipping on all orders valued above ₹999.  
* For orders below ₹999, a standard flat-rate shipping fee will be calculated and applied at checkout.
* Currently, we do not process international shipments through our website.

4. Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email or SMS containing your shipping confirmation and tracking number so you can easily monitor your delivery.
