At Luxury Look, we are committed to delivering your orders safely and on time across India.

1. Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after successful order confirmation and payment verification.
Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
During festive seasons or promotional events, processing may take slightly longer.

2. Delivery Timeline

Standard delivery time is 3–7 business days from the date of dispatch.
Deliveries to remote or rural locations may take up to 10 business days.
Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier operations, weather conditions, public holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances.

3. Shipping Charges

Free Shipping is available on orders above ₹999.
A standard shipping charge will be applied to orders below ₹999, which will be displayed during checkout before payment.
We currently deliver only within India.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive your tracking details via Email and/or SMS. You can use the tracking number provided to monitor the status of your shipment.

If you do not receive your tracking details within 48 hours after your order is confirmed, please contact our customer support team.

5. Delivery Attempts

Our courier partners will make delivery attempts according to their standard delivery policy.
If a delivery cannot be completed due to an incorrect address, customer unavailability, or refusal to accept the shipment, the order may be returned to us.
Additional shipping charges may apply for re-dispatch, where applicable.
